End User License Agreement

THIS SOFTWARE IS NOT SOLD; IT IS LICENSED. BY INSTALLING, COPYING OR OTHERWISE MAKING USE OF THE SOFTWARE AS DEFINED BELOW, YOU AGREE THAT YOU WILL BE BOUND BY THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT. IF AT ANY TIME YOU FAIL TO AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT, THEN YOU WILL NO LONGER BE PERMITTED TO INSTALL, COPY OR OTHERWISE MAKE USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

This software program and any other files which may be delivered to you by English Talk Shop via online transmission or by other means, whether it is to “patch,” “update” or in any other way modify the program, in addition to any printed materials or any online or electronic documents, in addition to any and all copies of the program and documentation are the sole copyrighted work of English Talk Shop or its licensors. All uses of the software will be governed by the End User License Agreement.

If you agree to this document, you may install the English Talk Shop software onto your computer so that you may use it to recover your computer files. You agree to run concurrently no more than the number of programs you have purchased. Subject to your agreement and continued compliance with the terms as documented herein, English Talk Shop hereby grants, and you hereby agree and accept, a non-exclusive limited license to install the software and use the software. Any and all usage of the English Talk Shop software are subject to these terms, and you must accept them prior to using the English Talk Shop software.

This license is granted provided you agree not to, in whole or partially, decompile, disassemble, modify, create derivative works based on, derive source code from, reverse engineer, translate, reproduce, photocopy or copy the software, exploit the software or any portion thereof, including, but not limited to, the documentation, for any commercial reasons, which includes but is not limited to usage at a cyber café or computing gaming center without first receiving authorization by English Talk Shop or for performing the services of the English Talk Shop software for payment, use any unauthorized software which may intercept information from the software. , or modify or cause the files of the English Talk Shop software to be modified.

You are required to accept the full terms of use prior to accessing the service provided by English Talk Shop and to use the English Talk Shop software. These terms of usage govern any and all aspects of using the English Talk Shop software, and they are made viewable for you on the English Talk Shop website. If at any time you do not agree with any portion of the English Talk Shop terms of service, you are required to cease the usage of the English Talk Shop software.

All title and ownership rights, in addition to the rights of intellectual property, in and to the English Talk Shop software and any such legal copies thereof, including, but not limited to, any titles, themes, computer code or concepts, are fully and solely owned and licensed by EnglishTalk Shop. English Talk Shop software is fully protected under the copyright laws of the United States of America, international treaties and conventions, in addition to other applicable laws. The English Talk Shop software may or may not contain materials which are licensed by other third parties, including the IPA font of Linguist Software and such licensors of the materials in question are within their discretion to enforce their rights in the event that an individual is in violation of this end user license agreement.

You are capable of permanently transferring all of your obligations and rights as documented within this end user license agreement to another third party only if you physically transfer all of the media, its packaging and any documentation that of which was distributed with the English Talk Shop software, provided, however, that you destroy and delete all copies and installations of the English Talk Shop permanently which you control or have possession of, and that the recipient of such rights and obligations is fully in agreement with the terms as documented within this end user license agreement.
